To apply the decal, place a small amount of soap on a damp cotton cloth and rub on a clean back or side vehicle window to form bubbles. Place decal on the wet, soapy water. Hold the decal down while rubbing all the air, water, and soap bubbles out using a squeegee or a drivers license. Once all bubbles are removed allow to dry.
